September 29 is World Heart Day, a special day for any avid bridge player. Witnessing your partner’s bidding, play or defense significantly increases the risk of heart attacks! Besides, hearts are a pretty cool suit to hold or play into. Not as good as spades, but we’re looking forward to World Spade Day too. Or even better, World No Trump Day.
We’re honoring this majestic holiday by inviting all BBOers to a mega free tournament hosted by our sweet, big-hearted yellow host Aurora. Most people don’t know this but we almost lost Aurora to a heart attack a couple years ago, so this day has a particular meaning to her personally. Let’s join her on Sunday in rejoicing life and thinking of our health.

This Sunday, September 29, at 2PM US Eastern Time (8PM Central European Time) you are invited to play the World Heart Day Tournament hosted by Aurora.
