Remember, remember, when you raised your voice louder and thus became a member of the BBO team designers!
BBOers, you made your choice! Few weeks ago, you helped us decide what will be the new logo of BBO (Bridge Base Online). Quentin, Alexandre? I can assure you it was a really close contest…
You were more than 34 000 bbo lovers to vote and you choose…… tadaaaaa: Quentin and the logo below, with 52% of the vote. Congrats to our designer and thank to all of you of course.

What will it change?
Not much! You’ll find the new logo on the website, on your application and on all official and marketing tools used by BBO but it won’t change your game.
NOTE: the app on your screen will change in few days too… if you don’t find your application on your phone, it’s still there, just look for the golden B!

Excellent choice! It doesn’t look like an overweight P at all.
I thought both were amazing, congrats to both talented designers
Of course, wrong logo won. The other one reminded me of cards and I think thats what it is all about.
Bad looser
Now if only we could get a login screen that didn’t look like an ad for an assisted living facility…
Agree. I cringe every time I see it.
Second that. Obviously phony photos are indeed cringe-worthy.
remind me which logo was the other one? 🙂
BBO
So bbo will go and will be futurelogo
Where is a pic of the losing logo?
Nothing personal to the designer, but what an ugly logo. And WHERE did such a weird font come from? It looks like two pieces of dried linguini that somebody bent into a “13”, then changed their mind and tried to palm it off as a “B”. Truly a strange logo for everyone to have chosen. Is it supposed to be a combination of “13” and “B”? If so, I’d say since that’s such an esoteric reference to the fact that a player plays 13 tricks (yawn)- I think the next challenge should be to try and make a “B” out of the figure of “52”. Only this time using ravioli.
assisted living facility, 55+ apts or condo, pets welcome, game of UNO, terrible visual everything. these guys are not players, do not know anything about Bridge, it is so transparent …
see if they learn something from ACBL, other real bridge sites, even older sites as Franks, etc.
this new logo would work well for some organic beer, millenial stuff,
gluten free non MGO California cocoa or nuts
I think that it is obvious that BBO people are not close to us.
Just pick up any chinese or korean ideogram and it would be better than this new whatever
I suppose we will all get used to it over time but my own personal opinion is that it looks awful. Like alphabetti spaghetti. Anyway, how can anyone actually use this site and play a game, especially at a live table, on a mobile phone? I know I can’t. Give me a computer screen any day.
all change is welcome
the old adage seems to fit.
‘If it ain’t broke don’t fix it’
Perfetto
Get over it people! It isn’t a matter of life and death,, just a simple logo that we click. There are some things worth complaining about–a logo is not one of them!
How about 2 bumble-bees and someone screaming “O” from being stung?
Probably wrong site for this aside, but … I find Help on the BBO website severely lacking. There are so many undocumented menu buttons that I have had to find and discover what they actual do or enable/disable by trial and error. Many remain undefined to me, as I have been unable to decipher what they actually do. The BBO Forum has helped with some and seems to be the ONLY place to get more info about how best to use BBO. Here are a few I am still
> (Log On, Remember me or Invisible?)
> (When Starting a Casual Table, Privacy Options – Minimum Completion Rate?), and then
> (Start Table – Relaxed Game? or – Competitive Game?)
Although I don’t mind, I’ve heard others complain that Declarer’s Partner (Dummy) sees both hands – this is not allowed at a real duplicate table.
It offers an opportunity for “coaching” of declarer by the dummy (in other words, cheating).
I definitely liked the old BBO logo much better. If your wristwatch is ticking and keeping the correct time, why take it to the jeweler for a cleaning?
Are you enjoying the bridge what does the Logo matter do you, shop for other items on line because you like the shop or the goods,
