    Since the recent update, I cant play the Free Weekly Instant tournament, i.e. When I click on it nothing happens… is it a glitch.?

      If you read the post, it clearly says the free weekly tournament is temporarily disabled!

    Has anyone considered changing the font color for this newsletter? The light yellow is hard for me to see.

    Still waiting for my masterpoints from March’s SYC daylongs to show up at ACBL. Emails to support go unanswered.

    Hi, Why can I more often than not no longer see my pro tem result after a finished c39 competition?

    We started holding our club games on BBO last week and intend to continue but when I go to set up the game for this Friday…no director tab
    I am not a new director, I have been a director on BBO for many years. Last Friday we started to have our ACBL club play its game virtually on BBO, we had a small problem with the “Include” list so our 5 table game turned into 25 tables, however we will be sure to keep it down to the minimum this week. Problem is my director tab has just disappeared exactly when we need it most. Please fix it ASAP ! i WANT TO SET UP FRIDAY’S VIRTUAL GAME TODAY !

    Where do I go to find this table? I looked at “Main Bridge Club” and “Relaxed Bridge Club” but I could not find Barnets’ table.

    Pourrait on avoir une notice explicative pour créer un tournoi par 4; mon conjoint y est arrivé 2 fois mais hier pas possible; comment bloquer les places à l’avance afin d’éviter de refuser brutalement des joueurs spontanés? Comment changer le nombre de donnes? peut-on déterminer une heure de début? Comment effacer un tournoi lorsqu’on a mal manœuvrer? merci

    Why has the cost of the support your club games gone up to $6?

    STILL waiting to find out why Support Your Club black points did not show up at ACBL.

    cannot access Virtual Club Tournaments under BBO Featured Areas

    Same issue as others have raised. In March I earned black points in two ACBL SYS games at $6 each, but no promised black points showed up on April 6, when the ACBL finishes their monthly updates.
    Please respond and tell us you’re working on it rather than simply ignoring everyone who has made this point so far.
