The number of boards and games played on BBO these days has become too large for BBO’s existing myhands database. The process that sends hand records to the database has been experiencing delays.
On Saturday, May 16, at around 6AM US Eastern Time all older hand records and results from My Hands were deleted, in order to allow the system to resume processing results promptly.
“Hands and Results” and “Recent Hands”/”Recent Tournaments” have been affected.
We expect new results and hand records to be delivered promptly and we believe this operation will fix the recurring problems that kept delaying results in the past several weeks.
Our techs are working on increasing capacity to allow storing more hand records. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
