UPDATE: We think the problems our users were seeing were caused by an outage with CenturyLinks (formerly Level3). According to their Twitter, service has been restored.

We’re aware of network problems mostly impacting users outside North America.
Symptoms are: some users have difficulties logging in or maintaining connection. There seems to be a problem with one of the major ISPs, so it can affect several countries.
Our techs are investigating and trying to find a way to alleviate the problem.
