BBO has been having system issues this week, with occasionally slow or failing services on Wednesday and Thursday evening, around 2-3PM US Eastern Time (6-7PM Central European Time).

Symptoms were intermittent, and varied from logging in being unusually slow, to various lists of tournaments and tables giving errors, or tools like myhands, prepared folders of deals and some director functions temporarily down.

We have identified what caused this series of incidents and addressed the underlying cause. Everything is back to normal now and you can enjoy your favorite games as usual.
