#3. If declarer has six spades, we want to duck the first heart and leads diamond. I think that works when declarer has five spades and two hearts
Roman, if declarer had 6 spades, they would have led trumps first. This declarer is simply giving you a losing option when spades are 4-1.
And spades are much more likely to be 4-1.Why duck the heart ace when declarer might have stiff king and NOW make the hand.

If the declarer has 6 spades you can’t defeat the contract. if he has five spades and you win the ace of hearts, and lead a club, the contract cannot be made.
who is talking spades when the bid was hearts
Where are the notes which tell us you are playing negative free bids? That is certainly not standard.
Also proofread and get the last contract correct.

I like to say something about question 2.
There are lot of people who play negative freebids in this situation.
First double then bidding spades means manche interest in spades.
Direct double after 2C means If have something in spades, you are allowed to pass, but with a fit you can bid thanks to The Law.
Your suggestion means that after 1D-(2C)-double-(3C)-pass-(pass) the N-hand must bid 3S. So with opponents who use pressure ( they bid 4C), you are in big trouble.
How do you solve this kind of problems.

I think “negative free bids” are a European thing. It would be nice if the moderator would disclose the system/agreements being used, rather than the lecture us after we get it wrong in his view.

Direct double after 2C, must be direct 2S after 2C
