When I try to enter day long it always says pending. I have less than 5 master points. Is this event free

You need to hit 82%+ to make it to the top 50?? Uhh, I don’t think I’ve ever hit 75% even once..
Who is usla on the daylong MP list. His many very high scores seem almost unbelievable.
