Do slow boards get adjusted double-dummy?

    1. Diana

No. Automated adjustments are always single dummy. In these tournaments, the manual adjustments are done by certified TDs, who know to not rely on double dummy when assessing the most likely result.

I don’t quite understand. Do we play as often as possible or as many days as possible during the term of the tournament, once per day? In the linked doc, the tourney costs 1$ is that true of this? Is the tourney offered every hour? If not, what times?

    1. Diana

      Entry fee is 1 BB$
There are tournaments every day, hourly, at xx.10 (eg. 1:10PM, 2:10PM, 3:10PM, etc. )
Play as many tourneys as you can and try to score 55% or more. When you manage to finish the tournament with a score of 55% or higher, you win a 1.5 BB$ prize and, for the purpose of this promo, your win is counted in this leaderboard.

Human should always play hand for robot.

Have tried to engage in Swiss pairs , but no one is ever signed up?

What is the problem, perhaps you should try a morning game about 9/10 and give soecisl such as gold point games to get people interested?

How can it be Swiss if it gives masterpoints and not imps? And it is just pairs not teams. I don’t understand how it is Swiss.

  6. p_t_red

It’s Swiss because top players play top players each round
    (i.e. 1 vs.2, 3 vs 4, 5 v 6 etc.).

Question: Is the ranking of top players by wins or MPs?

I’ve also either planned to play or registered to play several times this week with my partner to only to be exited by BBO due to lack of entries which is disappointing. I agree needs more enticement to get pairs interested.

How do I sign up my team to play? I thought this was Swiss teams. I want to play with my team.

  9. P_t_red

It’s Swiss pairs. Just need a partner or a robot (for .25 more).
Every hour at ten past the hour.
