Number 3 question – it’s just difficult to understand – I assume I am West but I don’t see my partners hand. I suggest you might want to give some more information before you’re posing the question. Frustrating and cannot to deal with the question.

Well you don’t see their hand and it’s reasonable to figure out that partner is of no help and you need to work on your sK or dK to become a winner. However, treating it as double dummy also leads to the exact same solution, with additional hints available. Nothing ambiguous about the way the question is posed.

Hand 3 is good for less experienced players. Playing the DK seems counter-intuitive because you know from partner’s J that declarer has the DQ, but the point of the hand is that DK forces dec to ruff, so he can now never pick up your trump K

First time player…will there be more or how can I find the past quizes?

sometimes i think i am a decent player, then a hand like #3 comes along and i fail, at first, to see the solution. Bridge is a humbling game….

1D-1H; 3D-? My hand: xx, RQxx, Qxx, QJxx.You cannot overpass 3 NT with this colection, 3NT is puting the declarer in the wrong hand, so….3H.And look how the 6 cards suit became 4

Perché non vedo i simboli dei pali, vedo solo i numeri delle eventuali risposte.

Good quiz. Perhaps adding just 1 with no clear option that can discuss % outcomes in detail.
